With all the spyware like GATOR, STOP SIGN, it is obvious that you have not used Spybot and Adaware from http://www.wilders.org/

Why don't you try the Mozilla browser? That will eliminate most of the popups you are having.

Fix these with HT and reboot.

If you are using IE6 go to the following site
http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/nopopups.htm
It will outline how to adjust your settings to ensure that you don't have pop ups. Also, on that site there is a security section which outlines minimal settings for safe surfing.
