I need help. Where are printers stored in your profile. I thought it was the ntuser.dat file. But when I copied it to the Default user directory and then logged on as another user, it did not have the printers. I also trired copying the file from the users directory with the printer to the users directory without the printer and it still did not work.

Please, any help would be Greatly appriciated

You don't have to do anything. When you setup a printer to your pc, it should be set on all profiles. So I reckon printer settings have not been kept on profiles.

Only locally installed printers are available to all users. Network printers are indeed associated with the profile. I'd love to know the answer to Peter's question as well... Very interesting..

We ended up following the instructions on this page. It seemed to work.
