inetinfo is Internet Information Services service - primarily for web servers
Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) is the protocol governing network management and the monitoring of network devices and their functions.
those are the only 2 i recognize

Disable Creative Service for CD Access CTsvcCDA. Its from Creative Labs sound card software. A complete waste of memory if you ask me. Like it makes the builtin Windows CDROM access mechanisms even more effecient or does it just hang up 1MB of Ram sucking down CPU cycles every once in a while.

Right click Computer, then click manage, Services and Applications, Services. In the right window double click "Creative Service for CDROM Access". Click stop and select Disabled from the drop down menu. Hit close and restart for good measure.

Otherwise you could go through add/remove and uninstall Creative software.

I had the error as well and couldn't fix it until yesterday.

It disappeared when I installed Win2K SP2.

I had tried reinstalling the sound card drivers etc. with no luck.

Interestingly the error first appeared when I did an upgrade of Adaptec Easy CD Creator from 4.01 to 4.02a. Adaptec claim that 4.01 has no win2kpro support yet my install was running fine. Anyway, for the sake of it, I did the 4.02a upgrade and then the ctsvccda error appeared. Uninstalling Easy CD didn't fix the error nor did rolling back to the previous version. It also produced all sorts of wierd errors etc. when trying to burn audio compilation cds. So much so that I cutover to Nero.

All is fixed now since I installed Win2k Sp2.

I have win2k pro and had no errors until I installed the HP 9500 series with Adaptec software.. I'll disable creative services and see if that resolves the issue or if I need SP2.

Great help guys..
