I have found signs of that program on my system recently, too, but the file itself dissapeared.
Does anybody know, what is this program for?

Found the file in WINNT/System32-folder on my comp, and I think it is a monitoring program for removeable devices, e.g. USB Card readers. It seem to come to live when you plug in the device. The process runs in the background and occupies apprx. 2 megs of memory. It can safely be disabled (via Task Manager), if you don't plan on using any USB device.

Hope this was helpful
