About half an hour ago, my dual PIII backup server (which I also used as one of the workstations on my small LAN) was working all fine and well, but then, I tried installing Windows Media Player 7.0 (to test out the sound card that I put in a few days ago), and it messed up the whole thing! Everytime I try to boot it up (even in safe mode), I get this STOP error that says "** STOP: 0x0000001E (0xC0000005,0x804592E0,0x00000000,0x00000203)
MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
Address 804592E0 base at 80400000, DateStamp 3ee650b3 - ntoskrnl.exe", and no matter what I do, it won't go away! I even tried repairing my installation using the win2000 CD, and it still didn't work! Help in fixing this problem would be appreciated. Thanx. :)

P.S. I could probably recover the majority of the backups using a decent Linux LiveCD and a USB jumpdrive, but I don't plan on going there just yet.
