You have left out some information. Does your web server have multiple Network cards? Is it on a public and/or private network?

Generally speaking you will want to open up IIS and click on your web site in the left panel. Then right click on your web site name and choose properties. Choose the IP address of your private network card. Now, the web server will only respond to requests on that specific address.
