Can anyone tell me a good programme that will convert wma/wav files into mp3?

I tried a few but they all seem to the source to be from a CD, but are there ones I can convert existing files on the computer?

Thanks.

I think any of the commercial Burning programs will do that. You may not be digging into the menus deep enough. I just read the help files for Roxio Easy CD/DVD creator and it will do what you want.
