waol.exe errors (2000 & AOL 6.0)

I have windows 2000 and aol 6.0 and i keep getting a waol.exe error which creates a bootlog and kicks me offline all the time. Is there a fix for this?
download and install the latest version of MSVCRT.DLL.
this is a known issue with AOL. it is best to not use AOL with Windows2000

I called aol for this problem. try deleting a file called global.org in the aol folder. then restart PC and run aol. if this doesnt work, they say the organize folder mey be corrupted. delete the organize folder and try again. of course you lose all your saved email and address books.
