I'm curious as to where windows stores its present users wallpaper file. I'm fairly sure that when you click "set wallpaper as" it just stores that image under a different name in some folder. I have googled it for a bit and found nothing.
The reason that I'm doing this is so that I can create a batch file that will be able to change the wallpaper. If someone knows the location for both 2000 and XP, that would be great
P.S. This is purely recreational. I don't really care if there is an easier way to do it, I'm just curious.

Ok created a batch file that would copy a new pic over the Internet Explorer Wallpaper. However, once this is completed, the background doesn't change. What gives?
