w32.clez.gen Virus Removal

I downloaded the Klez removal tool from Symantec. It repairs all files except my Winmgmt.exe. It says to manually remove this file, but when I try to delete it I get "Access Denied". Anyone have any ideas or know of a different removal tool I can use? Thank you in advance for your help!!!

It says access denied because a prosess is using the file. I think you can use the command prompt to delete it.

I would first get a new copy of the file (from cd-rom) then boot into DOS or any other OS and replace the file.
