One of my server's tasks is to create backup CDs of my SQL database each week using InCd 4.x. It's always locally logged on as "administrator". The same server provides terminal services to remote clients.

The problem is that most of the time a client logs in, I find a second copy of InCD.exe gets spawned and one of them is gobbling 99% of the cpu (even though no backup task is active). The TS clients do not need or use InCD and are not "administrator". Simply terminating the hogging process fixes the performance problem, but it recurs with the next login.

The only service that I have running is "InCD File System Service" and I've tried the "log on" properties tab to no avail.

Any good ideas on how to fix this?
