Hi Experties..

I am running Windows 2000 proffessional OS. I always use to search on net.

my problem is, its not supporting any other language like HINDI or TAMIL. it supports only English.

To make multi language, what should I do, I need to install any hardware or any third party software to make it easy. please suggest me........

Thanks in advance.

this is my sys config.

Speed - 1.6 Ghz.
RAM - 512 MB
OS - W2K Proff.

I don't presently have a computer that has 2000 on it, but many things in XP are the same or similar in 2000.

Here's what you do in XP....

You have to go into Control Panel - Classic view - Regional and Language Options.

Languages tab.

Click on the Details button.

Click on the Add button.

Select the language you want to add from the drop down list, click on OK.

On the Languages page, you may also need to click on the blank boxes in front of the lines for

Install languages with complex script....
Install files for East Asian languages

to insert a checkmark in the box, then click on OK.

If your Windows installation is not one that is an original brand name system installation, you may be prompted to insert the Windows CD so that files can be installed in Windows.
