My laptop has been crashing. The error report says:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xc0000005, 0xfc7bbf4e, 0x00000000, 0x00610050). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: D:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini041803-21.dmp.

Can anyone help me?

You could try a repair: boot the windows cd-rom and select the repair windows option.
