I have a IBM xSeries 232 server with W2K Server with SP2 and Exchange 2000 with SP1 installed. I have been getting event ID 6008 (unexpected shutdown) about twice a day now. The server just reboots itself for no apparent reason. There is enough space on the root drive, more than enogh memory, the page file is on another drive, the fan is working properly, the server room is extremely cold and I have reapplied W2K SP2 . What should I try next?
