w2k os change to another mainboard

I had this preiviously w2k server all configured, right now i want to bring this hard drive which contains the W2K server onto a new motherboard, but after i installed the harddrive to the new computer, the OS keep showing the blue screen, I used the W2K cd emergency repair tool, but it didn't work, PLEASE HELP :<
