I Have an optiplex GX260 and it hangs constantly on the splash screen, the mother board has been changed previously for a different problem, the hard drive works ok in another machine and a different hard drive works ok in the 260, The machine sometimes allows me into safemode and all drivers seem ok, there are lots of errors in the event viewer as below. Need help event log below.
