Settings - Control Panel - Admin tools - Event wiewer - Error 7026 "Boot driver or system start driver failed to load." Vvoice Vpctel Vmodem

I have changed modems from Rockwell to Zoom model 2925L with a Lucent chip.
C:\WINNT\compaq\modem: Win called for MDMCHIPV (wrong driver???) N.B. Driver not signed.
