Hello, On our W2000 server I made a custom form in Printers\Server options\forms I want to change the papersize settings for a printer (Epson LQ-300+) to the custom form(Printer\options\printing preferences), but the custom form is not available in the dropdown list. can anyone tell me what I have to do to make the custom form available?

as per my knowledge on Epson LQ- 300+, the paper size should be configured on the printer. you have to take the offline print first and then as per the LED settings on the printer.
