Visualizing images with explorer

OS: Windows 2000 Version 5.0
CPU/Ram: Intel PIV 512 MB
Comment:

I could visualize .jpg, .tif, .pcx files with the explorer, now I can only see .bmp and .wmf images with the explorer. For the rest of the image files I only see the icon of the program associated.

start, settings, control panel, folder options, view, file types. scroll down for the type of file you want, select the app you want to use to open the file with.

ie; *.jpg use iexplorer to open
