The following are the viruses found on my computer when i scanned it using RAV antivirus online, how can i safetly delete/clean them?

Instead of spending money go to the website called "www.webattack.com" and look for "STINGER" it is a freeware and has all the latest viruses listed. It will take care of all of it. if not then go and purchase a virus scan software. Sophos or McAfee.
