Maybe u could set your page-file a bit bigger to the recommended size.

Do this at System Properties >> Tab Advanced >> Performance Options and Change...

It will say what the recommended size is and what the current allocated filesize is.

Maybe u need to free up some space on your drive...

a few things to check:

1 - change the paging file size. if the pc was ok before and only recently got these messages this may not help much.

2 - check for viruses.

3 - check the RAM are you using two different vendors RAM? is all the RAM being found by the system. replug the RAM in.

Checking the paging size will help.

Check with the task manager to see what is using the memory(CTRL-ALT-DEL, Task Manager, Processes) click on the Mem Usage title, it will sort based on size.

If you're running Zone Alarm, it has problems with memory leaks. If, when doing the above, you get a vsmon.exe taking lots of memory, that would be your problem. In that case, uninstall then reinstall Zone Alarm.
