I am getting the error message "Video Driver Failed to Initialize" 0.000000B4 after upgrading an IBM Thinkpad T20 from Win 98 to Win 2000. I installed the new video driver from IBM and get these errors -cannot boot in Safe mode or last good configuration. How do I access Windows Recovery?
