Reply: Check in device manager, what type of video card does it say you have? If Dev Mngr doesn't tell you, you can open the case and look at the video card to determine what type it is too. Once you know what Make/Model card you have, go to the manufacturers web site and download the most recent drivers for your card and operating system and install them.

Reply: Download and run Everest Home Edition to find the model of the video card. Then go to the manufacturer's website for the correct driver for your version of Windows. Find Everest here: http://www.lavalys.com/products/overview.php?pid=1&lang=en&pageid=1
