My problem is that the printers disspear from the printers folder. the message says that there is no printer installed.

shutdown your computer then re-start. that may solve the problem. if not, re-install your printer.

That might do it but the problem is probably with the spooler service. Stopping and restarting it will probalby fix your problem.

I do restart the pc and the spooler but the problem keeps to come. when I restart the pc the printers comes but after some time they dissappear again.and when I go to the administrative tools in the control panel, there was also nothing there so I cannot restart the spooler.

If you cannot restart the spooler from Administrative Tools, then do it from the command prompt.
Open up a Command Prompt and type: NET START SPOOLER and the spooler will be started. You can also stop it by typing NET STOP SPOOLER.
