Currently we are running a DOS program on a Win2000 operating system. Previously we were running Win95 and were able to use Shift+PrintScrn to print from the DOS application. Now, under Windows 2000, we have not been able to use Shift+PrintScrn.
I know that we can press just PrintScrn and it cuts it to the clipboard, but we need it to go directly to the printer. Is there a way for Shift+PrintScrn to work under Windows 2000? Or is this option obsolete now in Windows 2000?
When running through the Add Printer wizard in Windows 2000, the user is not prompted about printing from DOS applications. This was the case in Windows 95 and then it would allow you to choose which LPT port to map to. Unfortunately I have not found that the wizard asks this in Windows 2000. Instead a command prompt must be used to map the LPT ports in order to print from DOS applications. This we have already done and for screens that have a Print option in our application, it prints fine. We used the Shift+PrintScrn for screens we needed printed but have no Print option to do so when in that screen.

I have the same problem ith Windows 2000 printing a DOS screen, and I'm not even sure that the image from the screen is even making it to the clipboard. When I paste into Paint or Wordperfect, no image appears.
