I am having a problem with my local printer and hope someone can help me. I have a HP PSC750 (USB). I can print (administrator) but other users (with maximum right for printjobs) can't. When a user prints, the printer seems to work fine. But there is no print at all neither a job that is waiting. Here is the message from event viewer: Event 61/Win32 error code returned by the print processor: ........ (number depending on printer?).
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling print driver, updating to SP3, and other updates (USB-drivers) to no avail.
I have the same problem with an Epson Stylus C62 (USB and LPT). What am I doing wrong?
Thanks in advance,
C. Mol (Netherlands)
