usernev error shuts comp down

userenv error occurring on the only win2k machine on this particular network. I never saw this error when it had 98 on it. Only after I upgraded did this error arise. This particular error shuts this computer down about every 2 hours. Can't figure it out. Please help

Check the event logs and you can enter the error message from the error log into Microsoft's knowledge base. Should return a list of articles that you can use to troubleshoot.

Actually it's Microsofts Q291807 KBA. They say the problem happens when Folder Redirection is set up.
