Check to see if the device loaded twice by going to Add Remove Hardware choose Uninstall and select show hidden devices. Remove all redundants and obsoletes. Remove the USB storage device and then uninstall the software. Reboot and reinstall the device in accordance with the manufacturers directions. When Windows asks for the driver point to WinNT System32 file. That should do it for you.

I buy a fuji 2400Z photo numeric but i can't install it on my PC configurate with Win 2000 pro, the driver and launcher are failed. Someone can help me, thanks
