Hi, i have a 32 MB USB Flash drive (Sceptre SFD32) which works fine if i use it for just one session. But if i unplugged it (Eject/Unplug hardware), then plug it back in, it will cause windows 2000 Pro to display blue screen, with a few rows of unreadable characters on top, and then restart again.

This is very annoying. Has anyone encountered the same thing? Please shed some light.

Thanks,
