No usb device works under win2k. Every time the OS starts the wizard hardware but when asking for drivers it stops. I have USB 2.0 and yes, the BIOS has been checked. On my second harddisk with windows XP pro I have no problems. Can anyone give me a clue where to find the needed driver(s)? Thx

Go to your motherboard manufacturer's web site and look for updated drivers for your motherboard.

You need at least SP3 or better installed to be able to support USB 2.0.

Have you been to Windows Update to see if the USB 2.0 driver is listed as a download
for your system ?

No dedicated drivers are necessary with Win2000, if SP3 or later is applied.
