Restarting PC does not work. Safe mode won't work. Last known configuration won't work. Repairing Win2000 from boot disks won't work. Not much info on Google. Any help would be appreciated.

you'll probably have to do a paralell install and replace that file, or if you can, do a repair but run the console and extract the file

i had a similar problem, same computer... I didn't get a urlmon.dll error, though. I restarted the computer, it got to the windows logo screen, and shut off. now all it will do is flash an amber blinking light. NOTHING else-no hd spin up, nothing. likewise, i've found little info, except one tidbit for which there ought be a class action lawsuit against dell- search something like " dell optiplex GX110 power supply pinout" and you'll see what i mean. drop me an email if you find anything, i'll do likewise...
