Well I've tried the following:
I've downloaded flash.exe
I tried to format a bootable disk, but it didn't known /s (in format a: /s)
I've tried to run winflash, but it keeps asking me for a ACPI kerneldriver.

To format a diskette(the easy way).Insert diskette in the A: drive.
Go to my computer, right click on the A: drive, format and select system .
When it is finished copying, go back to the folder where the Flash.exe is and copy it to the floppy.
Remember NOTHING must stop the flash.exe once it starts,it's an easy process to flash the Bios just read the screen prompts carefully.

Boot to A prompt and type in the name of the bios update on the disk. Asus website tells you exactly how to do this
