My win2000 server is connected true the internet with a Zyxcel ISDN Router, the problem is that he keeps calling the internet every couple of minutes(what cost me a lot of money),there are no such thing's as 'MSM' active and i disabled for examlpe a service like 'time server' but still it keeps making some sort of connection. Help please!

It sounds like you have a trojan horse program that is dialing your modem. Check your running processes to see if there is something there that shouldn't be there. Next, update your anti-virus software and then get an anti-trojan utility and run it. I have seen these trojan horse dialers and if you have a functioning modem on your system, you can lose a lot of money because of one of these trojans.
