When I open the Search "For Files and Folders" program, I have no problem searching All local hard drives or an individual drive, but I am unable to search on specific folders.

When I try and click on "Search for other items: Files or Folders" (below the Search Options section), it appears protected, i.e. nothing happens when I clcik on it, so I can't just search in a specific folder.

I am running Windows 2000 SP-2. The Indexing Service states: "Indexing Service is currently building an index of files on your local drives".
