Have two problems: Tried adding a printer, and when I try to print a test job, it sits in the queue. Have tried everything from removing/adding the port to deleting the printer. It is not a network connection problem because I can ping that printer from the workstation.

My second problem is that I cannot make the "command" window larger than what it is there already.

Any suggestions. I have never worked with Windows 2000 before.

Thank you
