Can you login under the local administrator account? If so, login as admin and recreate your account.

If you never changed the login or password, by default the login is:

login: administrator
password:

Unless specified during the install the administrator password is left blank.

If Administrator with a blank password and Roger with the password doesnt work, you might end up doing a reinstall of W2K.
For future reference you can by Right click my computer, pick properties. On the next screen pick Network Identification and there is two bottons pick the first one and follow the wizards prompts until you get to the assume the same user is logging on and fill that one out (username and password and confirm password).

Boot with the CD in the drive if the PC supports it and follow the prompts. It will start an install and after a little while it will offer the choice to fix a previous install.
