OS: Win 2000
CPU/Ram: 2.5GHzP4/512M

Comment: Unable to Install Minolta Slide Scanner. Instructions are to install software from CD first before connecting scanner to USB port, which I did. When the USB connection is made, "Found New Hardware Wizard" opens but cannot find driver. Device Manager now shows "Other Devices" and "Mass Storage Controller" with yellow question marks. I tried directing the wizard to the new installed files in Program Files but that does not work either. I would appreciate any advice short of returning the scanner. Sinchi
