TweakUI for Win2k

Comment: Does anyone know if there is a TweakUI for Win2k and if so, where can I download it from? Microsoft's website proves to be nothing more than promotional garbage and doesn't help users with their real problems.

Reply: Tweakui 1.33 is available fom Microsoft. However, right clicking does not seem to install it. Does any one know how to install it on Windows 2000
