HI, I am having difficulty using the Windows Update/ Microsoft Update. It finds the updates then opens the download dialog box and all of the updates fail (I think there are 58). Any suggestions? Thanks.

Try with one update to check the procedure. If you succeed with one only, download them by small groups to avoid having to restart from the beginning.
