i am running avg.it telling me i have a trojan horse call downloader.cray.a.i have done a search will no results.try some trojan horse removers with no results.any ideas.

try spy bot search and destroy and visit www.symantec.com see if they have a removeal tool or instructions.

most have to be removed while booted in safe mode and un-plugged from any network.

try downloading tds3 - try tucows dot com also try www dot antivirus dot com - detects and removes for free
