I have two hard drives in the computer. I put 2K (Windows 2000), 98SE in master drive and the second one is salve with XP in it.
The default start up in boot.ini is Windows 2000.
How can I add 98SE and XP in that boot.ini file?
Thanks.

After reading this you may want to leave to the setup programs the creation of the boot.ini file unless you wish to experiment by trial and error.Install the systems in the following order on separate partitions:Windows 98SE,Windows 2000,Windows XP(98SE must be first). From Windows XP System Properties/Advanced tab in the Control Panel you select the default system on startup and time delay for the menu(3 seconds is enough to move down the menu and select one alternate system).Good luck.

I'm a little confused by your info:
If I read it correctly, you have - two drives: Master = '98 and W2K; Slave = XP. You can only boot to W2K at present; i.e there is no option to select the other OSs via the boot-menu listing (does the boot-menu actually show up)?
How as XP installed - via another system; or with the XP drive previously as Master (with/without a slave); afterwhich you set the XP drive as slave to current W2K/'98 Master?
When you boot to W2K and go to:
MyComputer\Properties\Advance-tab\start-up/shutdown button
you should be able see, via a drop down menu at the right end of the "default OS box", all available OS installed. This may/may not include XP - depending on how you installed it. Presuming '98 was first installed and then W2K (on the Master drive) both those OS should be listed. It depends on how you installed XP to its drive, as to whether or not you will see XP listed there too.
If XP went in (last) on its drive (slaved to the W2K/'98 Master) with W2K/'98 already on the master drive, then XP "should" be in the drop down list of installed OS. If it's not then again how did you install XP?
Also ensure the "display list of operating systems" box is ticked and the time set to at least 10seconds (even better the default 30seconds). If that box is not checked (and/or if the time is set to zero) then you will not (get time to) see list of installed OS; the system will simply boot to whatever OS is currently the default (W2K?).
Getting the arrangement to triple-boot (presuming XP was installed via the present PC housing that drive) is (should be) relatively simple if it won't after the above checks/tweaks....
Post back with clarification as to how these OS were installed initially? After that it's no great event to get it to work as a triple-boot - if the above checks/tweaks don't resolve it all for you. Based on info as provided (if I understand it correctly) I can see no real need to get yourself too involved in solving this one; no need of fresh starts/re-installs etc. The most you may need to is an XP repair routine of sorts...
