We are running a Windows 2000 environment. I have PCs that have a 12GB HD with several users profiles and system settings on it. I need to do a seamless move from those PCs to newer PCs with a 40GB HD as well as some other hardware differences. How can this be done? What's the quickest and easiest?

You can use the sysprep.exe utility to clone the installations on your older computers and on to your newer computers. Here is a link with detailed information on the how to's if this link is no help, email me and i'll go through it with you
