Transfer server shared folders

CPU/Ram: Xeon 2.4ghz

I have one File server using Windows NT server machine. I just bought another new server in W2k server .

How do I transfer the all shared folder from the file server to my new server to preserve the permission right settings ?

Do a backup on your windows NT station for all your shared files only. Now restore them on the 2000 station.

I doesn't work after restore the shared folder. All the permission gone.
