Windows 2000 Professional Version 5.0.2195 Service Pack 1 Build 2195 Thumbnails of JPEG images in Windows Explorer folders are not displayed. They are selected to be displayed in the View pulldown, but they are displayed as a standard ICON inclosed in the thumbnail box area. Recently installed a program that may have overwritten a DLL file originally installed that is used to perform this function. Not sure what to do - any advice would be appreciated.
