Terminal Services problem

We use terminal services for enabling Linux users to access Windows 2000 desktop/applications. We originally had 5 Terminal services CALs. We found them to be insufficient and purchased 5 more Terminal Services CALs. We have activated these additional licenses using the internet. But we observe that still only 5 users are able to use Terminal Services at any given time. What may be the problem ? We have 5 per server concurrent connections license for Windows 2000 server. Do we need to add 5 more per server concurrent connections license for Win2000 Server ? Will it solve our problem for sure ? Or is it necessary to use per seat licenses on the server (I hope that is not the case).

yes, you need more connection CALs, those are required to have connections regardless of how many Terminal Services, Exchange, SQL CALs you have... so if you only have 5 CALs you can only have 5 users attached to that server... if you have 10 TS CALs, you need 10 Connection CALs to have those TS Clients connect, I know it sucks fat nuts but thats Micro$oft for you. The make you bend over whenever they can.
