Comment:

Our Temporary Terminal Services CALS expired recently, so we bought a pack of 20 from our reseller.

I have succesfully managed to activate on the MS website, however when I try to use the license key in the Termianl Services Licensing Wizard I get the following error

"The Wizard did not complete successfully. Unable to install the client license key pack
Message Number: 0x13a7"

There is also an event viewer entry in the System log.

Source = TermServLicensing
ID = 41

Can't initialize policy module because of error "Missing policy module registry entry for product Microsoft Corporation, company. "

Any Ideas ???

Cheers
