Hi,
I am trying to get Terminal Services working on a Windows 2000 server. When I go to Terminal Services Licensing and attempt to activate the server I get the following error message: "The licensing wizard cannot connect to the license server registry. Check network connections and retry operation. Message #:0x35". I have verified the network connections and they are fine. Does anyone have any ideas????

Well, I have inherited this Windows 2000 server, so I'm not positive about this, but I think it is running on the same server. How can I check that?
thanks!

Is this TS running in remote admin or in application mode?
Is this a domain or workgroup environment? Is license manager installed? You can check by going into Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel and Add System Components and look right to see if it's installed. In a domain environment, License Manager must be installed on a Domain Controller.
