Terminal Services Access

CPU/Ram: 2.8/1gB

Win 2K server has dual NIC, can connect to T/S via internal address but not on external IP. Have looked at Firewall settings and port 3389 is open. Believe that problem is with policy but don't know what to change.

wouldnt be a pol problem, make sure 1-to-1 nat is enabled or that your computer has its own pub ip, try hitting it up via web (if it has IIS) or try to ping it

but most likley you do not have the routing right

I've seen this problem also, issue was that the network was behind a NAT enabled router which was not upnp compatible.
