Comment:

I loaded the web client access on our server so we can run a terminal session from the internet. At the brower,
I type in http://ip address/tsweb. I then get to the server logon prompt and put the ip address of the server
in. I then get an error that states:

VBscript
"Your current security settings do not allow
automatically switching to fullscreen mode.
You can use ctrl-alt-pause to toggle your terminal services session to fullscreen mode." When I press "ctrl-alt-pause", I get another error that
says:

Vbscript
"Error connecting to Terminal Server: (Server Name)"

Have any of you guys seen this error? Thanks.

Mitch

Configure your terminal server's settings to allow full screen logon.

Use the public IP address of the server not the server name. It can't resolve the NETBIOS name unless you have a lmhost file on the client computer or unless you are using TSWEB inside the gateway on the LAN.
