I have 2 NICs in my server, ML 370, that are on two different subnets. When one nic is enabled term serv works fine. When I enable both term serv dies.

I have set the TS Config to only look at one of the network adapters but it still won't allow me to connect. Disabling one nic and setting the network adapter works.

This is not a network load balancing issue, just trying to get the damned thing to work. :)

thanks,
Sean

What protocols are you running? Are you using external and internal IPs ie.

NIC1 192.168.0.x
NIC2 12.345.56.9

If so, which can you connect to when 1 is disabled?

TC/IP and both are internal... Both have different IPs and are not teamed. Ie, 167.13.8.X and 167.13.240.Y, one goes to the firewall and the other is server's subnet.

It is pretty much a standard 2K load, other servers run TS just fine.

Can you ping both NICS? Which NIC do you disable to get the TS to accept connections?

Pinging isn't allowed across subnets here but there is connectivity on both NICs.

I seem to only be able to term serv to the .240 NIC, .8 is disabled.
